Rosemary: When used in aromatherapy, it is thought that rosemary oil can stimulate the mind and strengthen memory from it's scent alone. When used in blends or compresses it's warming qualities may help to alleviate pain from rheumatoid arthritis and general muscular aches and stiffness. It is considered to be a stimulant and thought to stimulate blood flow which is why it may help with poor memory as the brain is able to get more blood flowing to it.
